Arizona Bark Scorpion

The Arizona bark scorpion is the most venomous scorpion in North America, known for its climbing ability and painful sting.

Yellow Ground Scorpion

Often mistaken for the Bark Scorpion, this yellowish burrowing scorpion has a wider tail and prefers ground-level hiding spots.

Oriental Cockroach

Shiny, dark brown "waterbugs" that travel through sewers and thrive in cool, damp, dark locations.

Desert Cockroach

A harmless outdoor species native to the desert, playing a role in breaking down organic matter.

House Mouse

The most common indoor rodent pest. Highly adaptable, they contaminate food and chew on wires.

Paper Wasp

Giant Hairy Scorpion

The largest scorpion in the U.S., reaching up to 7 inches. Recognizable by dense reddish-brown hairs and large burrows.

American Cockroach

Also known as sewer roaches, these large flying insects spread bacteria and are a severe health risk.

Turkestan Cockroach

An outdoor species where males fly to lights in summer. They often replace Oriental roaches in the desert.

Roof Rat

Slender, agile climbers that nest high in attics and citrus trees, causing severe damage to wiring and insulation.

Deer Mouse

Rural rodents with bi-colored tails, known as the primary carriers of the dangerous Hantavirus.

Fire Ant

Aggressive ants that build large mounds and deliver painful stings that can cause severe allergic reactions.

Earwig

Dark brown insects with prominent pincers that seek out moisture but are harmless to humans.

Stripetail Scorpion

The most common scorpion in Arizona. A burrowing species with dark stripes and a robust tail.

German Cockroach

Small, light brown roaches that infest kitchens and bathrooms, multiplying rapidly and contaminating food.

Brown-Banded Cockroach

Small roaches with distinct bands that prefer warm, dry areas like bedrooms and living rooms.

Norway Rat

Large, ground-dwelling rats that burrow under foundations and sidewalks, carrying numerous diseases.

Pack Rat

Native desert hoarders that build massive nests (middens) and chew through vehicle wiring and pool equipment.

Black Widow Spider

Highly venomous spiders recognized by the red hourglass on their underside, hiding in dark, undisturbed areas.

House Cricket

Yellowish-brown insects known for loud chirping. Large populations can attract scorpions and damage fabrics.
